Return Policy + Shipping
In the age of Amazon Prime, many of us are used to receiving our packages within a few days of when we placed our order. Please keep in mind that we are a small, start-up business (aka: a one woman show). All orders are shipped from Wyncote, Pennsylvania once weekly via USPS to all 50 states.
Please check your addresses before submitting. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We don't want these beauties to get lost in the mail! If there are any issues regarding shipping, please contact us with your concern.
Are you local? We offer delivery!
We want to show some love to our local buyers by offering free delivery on any order of $25 and up. If you live in the immediate Philadelphia area or in the suburbs surrounding Cheltenham, we'd be happy to drop your products off. Estimated delivery times are subject to availability.
A major part of our mission at Natural Order Handmade is keeping our environmental footprint to a minimum. We use the least amount of packaging possible for our products. In an effort to uphold the four R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Repeat) of recycling, all of the packaging your items are shipped in is recyclable or reusable. If you happen to find bubble wrap or non-recyclable materials in your package, you can trust that we have received these items in packages shipped to us, and are merely reusing them. Please continue our mission by recycling or reusing all packaging materials as well!
Need to return an item?
We accept returns of items in their original condition for store credit. We understand that sometimes a scent may not be your thing, so we will gladly receive that unused item back within the first 14 days of receipt. The shipping is the responsibility of the customer. That is, unless there is an error on our end, we will be sure to make it right.
At Natural Order Handmade, we take great pride in creating unique, handmade products that are made with the utmost care and attention to detail. It's important to note that slight imperfections may occur during creation. As a small business operated by one individual, my top priority is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason something isn't quite right, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to address the issue and make it right.
